PRICES AND CONDITIONS

In the realization of our b&b we tried to support the maximum comforts of our guests. Nevertheless we believe in hospitality as value, paying attention in applying very competitive prices. This choice makes our b&b ideal for every type of travellers, individual, young couple, groups of friends and families.

Notes and services

• all bedrooms have private bathroom (not inside the bedroom). Room with bathroom inside on request;
• pets allowed:small sized and educated cats and dogs, (equipped with own cage and hygienic kit);
• cots for children on demand;
• initial and final room cleaning included in price;
• bed linen and towels included in price;
• Italian breakfast included in price.

General conditions and reductions

• check-in: from 11.00(am);
• check-out: within 10.00 (am);
• children under 12 years old: reduction of 50%;
• children under 3 years old: free staying;
• Long periods: reduction up to15-20% on the total of the  reservation; (every case will be valued in relation to the period and to the accommodation demanded).

Payment conditions:

• to confirm the reservation it is necessary to send a postal transfer/order of 30% on the  total amount (50% for reservation of one night);
• For last-minute reservation it is possible to confirm without any previous payment ;
• the balance will be paid on arrival (preferably in cash. Credit cards are not accepted).
